Portmans is the fashion destination for cosmopolitan girls taking on the world. For up-to-the-minute looks that are fast, fresh and ever-evolving, Portmans has the fashion know-how to help you go places.

In-Store Use: To redeem your eGift Card, simply display it on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of the eGift Card at any Portmans store in Australia.

Online Use: Select the gift card tab in the Secure Payment section of the checkout. Enter the card number and 4-digit PIN provided in the email containing your eGift Card. You can combine your gift card payment with other payment types but please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.

The gift card issuer is Portmans Pty Ltd (“Portmans”) ABN 63 100 353 777. A lost, stolen or altered gift card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Once activated the gift card is: redeemable for merchandise at Portmans stores and online in the country of issue; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable.

Gift cards expire three years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Cash, refunds or credits will not be given for any unused amount after the gift card expires. A Portmans eGift Card is a prepaid voucher you can use to buy fashion items from Portmans — either in store at Portmans boutiques or online at Portmans’ Australian website.

No — once a Gift Card is purchased, you cannot add more value to it.

We currently only sell Portmans gift cards and do not buy or exchange unwanted ones. We're planning to add a feature for selling or swapping unwanted Portmans gift cards in the future
